Delivery:

UK: £5

Europe: £15

USA/Canada (including duties): £25

Rest of World: £30

UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48hrs with tracking.

USA, Canada, Japan and rest of the world will be sent via DHL Express.

Delivery costs to the USA will include all customs duties and taxes.

With the exception of the USA, customs and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer until we are able to cover these.

Returns:

We hope you love your jumper, but if something isn’t right or you’ve changed your mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.

UK returns are free of charge.

EU returns cost a flat fee of £10, USA, Canada cost a flat fee of £25 and rest of the world returns are at the customer’s cost.
