UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48hrs with tracking. We anticipate that orders will be ready to ship by end of October.
For the first drop, we regret that we are unable to offer international shipping.

Lou Dungate gladly accepts returns and will issue a full refund to the payment method used to place the order.
UK returns are free, however we ask that items are returned in perfect, unworn and new condition with original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To return your item:
Email contact@loudungate.com requesting a return.
We will send you a Royal Mail prepaid shipping label.
Send it back securely in it’s original packaging by attaching the label and taking it to your nearest Royal Mail delivery point, or arrange a home collection.
Once we have received and checked your returns, we will notify you via email and process your refund which should reach your original payment method within 14 days.
