We endeavour to send to the rest of the world, and the cost of delivery will depend on the destination and be calculated upon checkout.

All customs and duties taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, we are afraid that we are unable to include these in our shipping costs to countries outside of the UK, EU and USA at this time.

returns & exchanges

To return an item, please email contact@loudungate.com with "Returns Request" in the subject title within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be returned in an unused condition. To exchange an item, please email contact@loudungate.com within 14 days of delivery with "Exchange Request" in the subject title . We regret that we are unable to cover any postage costs of items returned for a refund/exchange.

For orders placed on loudungate.com, there is a cooling-off period of 14 days from the day after the date on which the item in question was received.
