We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please note that personalised or final-sale items cannot be returned.

Pilling is natural in soft cashmere. Our first port of call would be to wash the item, as this can relax the fibres and reduce the appearance of pilling.
